My Daily Diary (2 Lines)
Samay: 12 minute | Class 3

Chitra me: ek bachcha badi diary me likh raha hai; upar suraj (din) aur chaand (raat) bane hain.
Bachcha kya karega? (Line by line)
- The child thinks: what did I do today? (Bachcha soche: aaj maine kya kiya?)
- The child writes line 1: “Today I ___.” (Bachcha line 1 likhe.)
- The child thinks: how did I feel, and why? (Bachcha soche: kaisa laga, aur kyun?)
- The child writes line 2: “I was ___ because ___.” (Bachcha line 2 likhe.)
- The child reads both lines aloud. (Bachcha dono line zor se padhe.)
- The child draws a small sun (day) or moon (night) beside the lines.
- The child tells one line to a parent and asks: “What did you do today?”
Kya seekhega? (Content box)
Writing a 2-line diary: what I did, and how I felt with a reason. (2-line diary likhna: kya kiya, kaisa laga aur kyun.)
Aur ek udaharan: “Today I played. I was happy because my friend came.” — line 1 me kaam, line 2 me feeling + because; dono line saath poori diary banti hai.
Samaan (ghar ka)
A notebook (diary), pencil. Nothing to buy. (Ek copy, pencil. Kuch khareedna nahi hai.)
Mata-pita / teacher ke liye
12 minutes. Help only with spelling, not with ideas — the diary is the child's own words. (Sirf spelling me madad karein, vichar bachche ke apne hon.)
Parent tip — Try this (2–3 sawaal / badlaav)
- Ask: “Why were you happy today?” (Poochhein: aaj tum khush kyun the?)
- Change: write tomorrow's diary plan — “Tomorrow I will ___.” (Kal ki ek line pehle se likho.)
- The child writes a diary line about yesterday too. (Bachcha kal ke din ki bhi ek line likhe.)
end me bachche se ye line zor se bulwayein.
